Q. How far do you travel?

10 miles of Teton Vista Dr, Fort Worth. There is a $10 delivery fee for orders outside the local area.

Q. Do you provide detergent?

Yes. We use quality laundry detergent unless you request a fragrance-free or customer-provided detergent

Q. Do you provide dryer sheets, fabric softener,
scented beads, or bleach?

Absolutely. Or you can just place your preferred detergent, fabric softener, or dryer sheets in a labeled bag with your laundry.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tap to Pay, Cash, Zelle, and Cash App. Payment is securely processed through Square.

Q. When is payment due?

Step 1: We pick up your laundry.

Step 2: We wash, dry, fold, and weigh your laundry.

Step 3: We send you your final invoice by text or email with your total and estimated delivery time.

Step 4: Payment is due before delivery.

Q. Who do you service?

We proudly serve individuals, families, busy professionals, seniors, Airbnb hosts, and local businesses throughout the DFW area.

Q. Do you accept referrals?

Yes! Refer a friend or family member to Ease The Load Laundry Co. Once they complete their first order and mention your name, you'll receive a $10 referral credit toward your next laundry service.

Q. Is pickup and delivery free?

Yes! We offer free pickup and delivery within our standard service area. A travel fee may apply outside that area.

Q. What if I'm not home?

No problem. Just leave your laundry in the designated pickup location, and we'll notify you once it's been collected and again before delivery.

Q. What happens if I forget something in my pockets?

We encourage all customers to check pockets before pickup. While we make reasonable efforts to inspect garments, we cannot guarantee every pocket will be checked and are not responsible for items left inside.
