Service Rates

Pricing

• Laundry is charged at a rate of $2.00 per pound

• Minimum weight for service is 15 lbs

• Final weight is determined upon pickup using a certified scale

• Clients will receive an invoice based on the actual weight plus any add-on fees

Twin Comforter- $15.00
Full Comforter-  $18.00
Queen Comforter- $20.00
King Comforter- $25.00
Sheet Set (any size)- $10.00
Duvet Cover - $10.00
Mattress Pad/Protector- $12.00
Pillow (Standard/Throw)- $5.00 each

Hangers are optional for $10. The customer may provide their own. Please place them in a separate bag.

Pickup & Drop-Off

  • Laundry must be placed in a clean laundry bag or basket and left at the designated pickup location (such as the front door or another agreed-upon location).

  • Please ensure all items are machine washable. We do not accept dry-clean-only items.

  • All laundry will be washed, dried, folded, bagged, and returned to the original pickup location unless otherwise requested.

Burleson, Crowley, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Euless, Irving, Mansfield, Hurst, Bedford, and surrounding DFW communities.

Pickup & Delivery Fee

  • FREE pickup and delivery within a 10-mile radius of Fort Worth, TX 76140.

  • A $10 travel fee applies to locations outside the free service area.

  • Service outside our standard delivery area may be available upon request.

Turnaround Time

  • Standard turnaround: 48 hours (2 business days)

  • Express Service: 24-hour turnaround available for an additional $15 (subject to availability).

  • 24-hour turnaround

  • Priority processing

  • $15 Express Service Fee

  • Minimum laundry order: 15 lb

  • Maximum express order: 50 lb

  • Subject to availability

  • Must be booked before 2 pm

Payment Terms

• A $15 booking deposit is required to reserve your pickup appointment and will be applied to your final invoice. The $15 booking deposit is applied to your final invoice. The remaining balance is due before delivery.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tap to Pay, Cash, Zelle, and Cash App.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our laundry services, refunds are not available after laundry has been picked up. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointments canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup will forfeit the $15 booking deposit.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

Subscription members may reschedule pickups with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed pickups or late cancellations may count as that week's scheduled service.

Liability Notice:

Ease The Load Laundry Co. is not responsible for shrinkage, color bleeding, damage caused by manufacturer defects, items left in pockets, or garments with missing care labels. Customers are responsible for checking all pockets before pickup.

Please remove items such as money, pens, or keys before pickup to avoid damage or loss.

For safety and quality reasons, we are unable to process the following items:

  • Items contaminated with bodily fluids (blood, urine, feces)

  • Clothing with mold, mildew, or strong odors

  • Items exposed to chemicals, gasoline, or solvents

  • Leather, suede, or fur items

  • Wedding dresses or formal wear

  • Items with bed bugs or insect infestations

  • Wet laundry that has been sitting for an extended period and has developed severe mildew

    What Counts as Standard Clothing?
    Standard clothing includes everyday, machine-washable garments that do not require special care, such as handwashing, dry cleaning, or delicate handling.

    Included in Standard Clothing:

    T-shirts, tank tops, polos
    Jeans, joggers, leggings, khakis
    Pajamas, loungewear, underwear
    Socks, bras, camisoles
    Casual dresses and skirts
    Athletic wear (sweatpants, gym shorts, sports bras)
    Lightweight sweaters or hoodies

    Not Included:
    These are not considered standard and may incur additional fees:

    Delicates (lace, silk, cashmere, wool, leather, suede, or fur)
    Dry-clean only items
    Dress shirts or business suits
    Heavily soiled items
    Clothing with excessive pet hair
    Items needing stain treatment

    Formal gowns/wedding dresses

    Why This Matters:
    Defining “standard clothing” helps us keep our per-pound pricing affordable and fair for all clients. If you’re unsure whether something qualifies, just ask or include a note in your inquiry form!
